Manuscript Types

  • Original Research Articles: Up to 8,000 words + references. Full reporting of original studies.
  • Review Articles: Up to 12,000 words. Systematic, scoping, or narrative reviews.
  • Short Communications: Up to 3,500 words. Preliminary findings or methodological notes.
  • Case Studies: Up to 5,000 words. Documenting innovative practices.

Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt, double-spaced
  • Structured abstract: 250–300 words with headings (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions)
  • Keywords: 5–8 terms from relevant thesauri
  • Line and page numbers required throughout
  • SI units throughout; statistical significance at p < 0.05

Submission Process

  • Register or log in to the author portal
  • Complete the online submission form with title, abstract, keywords, and manuscript file
  • Upload your manuscript (Word .docx format; supplementary files optional)
  • Declare all authors, affiliations, and funding sources
  • Submission acknowledgment sent within 24 hours; initial decision within 21 days

Peer Review

  • MSW Journal operates double-blind peer review
  • Manuscripts are evaluated by 2–3 independent expert reviewers
  • Decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject
  • Revision resubmission within 60 days of decision notice
